Ethics Unwrapped

Leaders inevitably face ethical dilemmas – especially in today’s globally connected world. To lead effectively, we need to navigate ethical challenges successfully. In short, we must learn ethics and practice daily. That’s where Ethics Unwrapped can help.

Integrity In Action

Ethics Unwrapped is a free educational program that combines the latest ethics research with top experts and creative zing to make learning easy, memorable, and fun. This accessible, research-based resource is used around the world by more than 1,700 colleges and universities, in hundreds of businesses and organizations, and by tens of thousands of ethics learners.

We emphasize the practical application of behavioral ethics to provide the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to act with integrity. Unlike traditional philosophy, behavioral ethics draws on research from fields such as psychology, neuroscience, and evolutionary biology to reveal the biases and pressures that cause people to make ethical (and unethical) decisions in everyday life.

You can foster meaningful discussion in the classroom, conference room, and living room with our engaging, award-winning videos. Every video has accompanying teaching materials (case studies, discussion questions, and more) so you can make the conversation as rich as you please.

So go ahead… Grow your moral awareness. Support integrity in all your actions. Encourage others to do the same. Use (and share!) Ethics Unwrapped.

This program has been made possible by generous contributions from the Bob and Ann Pratt Endowment, the Teagle Foundation, the Provost’s Office at The University of Texas at Austin, and the McCombs School of Business.
